When you observe some strong natural cataclysm like a tsunami, a tornado, or an earthquake, along with incredible fear deep in your soul you have a desire to be in the epicenter at least for a moment. During this time tornadoes are more active in Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma – the area called the “Tornado Alley”. Hi Alex, I am really impressed by your list. Love it all. Although, I prefer beaches and tropical climate, places like Antrctica are challenging and I would love to push my limits and give it a go. To be honest, Everest Base Camp is my dream for many years and I am convinced to do it. It’s for an affordable price and I think I would be able to make it. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Ola!
I’m glad you like these ideas! And I personally love beaches and warm climate too, but I would like to make a trip on the icebreaker to the North Pole once!
Thank you for your comment!

Hi Alex,
What a fabulous list. It almost seems like my bucket list for travel. But with the CORONA situation and everything, travel has been sadly relegated to the background.
Thanks for a great review though. Makes me wanna visit them all soon.
Regards,
Aps
Hi Aparna!
Yes, I agree with you, especially now, since the new type of the virus was discovered, it seems no start for travelling soon.. But we hope for the best of course!:)

A trip to space, really? That sounds amazing and I would love to do that! I have also always wanted to visit the North Pole and/or Antarctica. It must be such a mysterious place and impressive to see. The one thing you would not see me do is chaging tornados. Although I have never seen or experienced a tornado I live in a hurricane prone area and I have been in hurricanes of category 3 and even 5 (which is the strongest). So, extreme weather phenomenons are not the kind of holiday you’ll see me book, but the other ones are things I would definitely love to do.
Hi Christine!
Yes, I agree with you! I would love to visit the North Pole, but I don’t have this amount of money yet) Hopefully my dream will come true sometimes! I never experienced tornadoes, even I lived in Indiana for two years, and honestly I’m not that type of people who would love this kind of adventure.
But the trips to the spice are really existing! You can visit their website and book it!)
Thank you very much for your comment and Happy New Year!

Hi Alex, it’s a pity the Northpole is so cold! I would love to see the Aurora, but then again, I didn’t move to Spain for nothing, LOL.
One of my friends is a fanatic photographer and he goes on a boat trip to Antarctica regularly to take loads of pictures. Not on one of those awful cruise ships, but on a wooden schooner. A beautiful boat, that in itself is worth photographing. 🙂
My extreme way of going on a holiday would be to find a way to not pollute anything. I refuse to fly because of environmental reasons, but I do own a car. So I am still having a footprint. But it is one of my longterm goals to neutralize that and still be able to travel!
Hi Hannie!
Yes, it is cold, but the icebreaker seems very comfy) I would take all of my warm clothes to that trip)
I also don’t like these big cruise ships, they look like a monsters and produce a lot of pollutions!
I respect people who cares about our environment and I think we can reduce our flights significantly by choosing for the shorter distances trains or cars. I just wish that electrocars will be affordable for many people soon.
Thank you very much for your comment and Happy New Year!
